Bitspiration Booster is an independent management team from Kraków, Poland with strong tech know-how currently fundraising for a growing portfolio of selected tech start-ups at (pre-)seed and early-growth stage.  Registered Manager of Alternative Investment Fund (“AIFM”) – Bitspiration Booster Sp. z o.o. („BB”) – Polish Financial Authority’s decision on July 28, 2017 (2nd in Poland under new investment law).

Running 2 alternative investment funds : (1) private ASI BB-1 (PLN 4-5m) and (2) ASI Bridge Alfa co-funded by National Center for Research & Development. The Bridge Alfa fund, unlike others, started immediately in January 2018 (PLN 50m = USD 14m) and by end of September 2018 investment budget allocation = 90%, investment transferred to startups = 30% of budget. Advanced negotiations in progress on launching another ASI with Polish Development Fund.
